Accommodation
Seven (7) berths in four (4) cabin areas. Heads (2), Galley, Interior finished in limed oak with contrasting Alcantara linings and cream curtains with dark blue upholstery.
Fully carpeted throughout From Forward: FORECABIN: Two single berths with infill to form a double berth, with good stowage above and below and a central door leading aft.
HEADS COMPARTMENT: comprising to port inset wash basin, manual sea toilet, and shower arrangement.
FORWARD SALOON: with U-shaped seating and table arrangement which can form a double berth. Stowage above and below within the cabin environment.
GALLEY (S) comprises of a two burner gas cooker/oven and grill. Refrigerator (65 litre), Sink with H/C and ample stowage for cooking utensils and provisions. Step up to:
WHEELHOUSE SALOON: Helm station to port with engine instrumentation and an array of navigational aid. Navigators seat (S) with removable chart table. 'L' shaped settee arrangement (P) converting to a single berth.
Good stowage areas. Central access to the AFT CABIN: through a bifold door and hatch. Large double bed (S) with stowage below. Dressing table (P) with drawer and locker beneath.
HEADS (ensuite) comprising of a manual sea toilet, shower and wash basin > Pressure H+C water supply with calorifier and (240v) immersion heater. > Two (2) refrigerators, one in the galley and a second below navigators seating.

Construction
Modern Nelson round bilge hull designed by Arthur Mursell of TT boat designs, and moulded by Dale Sailing to Lloyds requirements. The hand laid up GRP is rugged
with substantial stiffening frames and longitudinals. Hull colour: Oxford Blue. Main deck and superstructure are also all GRP construction. Colour: White. Teak aft and side decks. Teak badging
to hull. This Nelson 38 is one of the very few built to MCA regulations.
Electrics
12v Systems - Engine and Domestic banks with parallel. Charging via engine alternators + Shorepower. Newmar 40Amp Battery Charger. 240v Ring Main.
Deck Equipment
Sprint 1500 electric anchor windlass. Bruce anchor with 50m chain. Stainless steel bow roller. Stainless steel mooring bollards and cleats. Stanchions with double guardwires.
Stainless steel pushpit & pulpit. Stainless steel helm seating & foot rest. Powder coated hinged mast (2019). Fender baskets. Moulded aft seating to P&S with integral stowage. Boarding platform manufactured of stainless steel and teak.

Engines
Twin VOLVO TAMD 63P diesel engines each developing 370HP at 2800 rpm driving through ZF MPM220A (2:1 ratio) gearboxes coupled to conventional shaft drive arrangements.
