    "White Rose of St Piran" is one of the few Nelson 34' Mk2 that were built. The Nelson 34' Mk2 has a long front cabin and a standard wheel house and is regarded as one of the prettiest Nelson 34's. This particular example although needing some cosmetic work has had the engines fully overhauled, and is available at a competitive price.     Construction

    Built in 1973 by Tyler's of Tunbridge with designer Peter Thornycroft. White GRP semi displacement, twin rudders. 8 tonnes displacement.

    Twin Ford "D" series, 6 cyl, 125hp each, major server 2015, reconditioned in 2008. Shaft drive stainless steel shafts. Twin velvet drive gear box's by BorgWarner. Cruising speed 10 knots and maximum speed 14 knots. Fuel capacity 2 x 75 gallons.

    Deck Equipment

    Rails all around, bathind ladder, cockpit cover. Galvanised Plough Anchor with chain and warp, fishermans kg kedge. Lofrans Tigres windlass 30m of 10mm calibrated galvanised chain. Bilge pumps 1 manual 1 electric. Boat hooks.

    3 x 12 volt batteries. Navigation lights, windscreen wipers. Simrad RD68 fixed DSC VHF radio.
